Shipping Conditions

The delivery of goods is made worldwide.

Exact shipping costs will be provided upon request.

They depend on the weight and number of packages as well as surcharges on the base prices (including so-called security, mobility, and/or diesel surcharges) that are now charged by all shipping partners.

Sample Shipments from 01.06.2022

For up to 5 samples, we cover the value of the goods. Each additional sample costs €10.00.

The customer bears the shipping costs for each sample.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany will therefore take place within 3–5 days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If the ordered goods are not available from stock or if we require more time to process certain products, you will see a note on the delivery time in the product view on our website or we will inform you.

Payment Terms

You have the following payment options:

• Advance payment by bank transfer

• Payment by invoice

For all customers: The first three orders must be paid in advance.
