Delivery Area
The delivery of goods is carried out worldwide, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
Delivery Conditions / INCOTERMS
Unless otherwise specified in the offer or in the order confirmation, delivery, transfer of risk, and allocation of costs are carried out in accordance with the individually agreed INCOTERMS® (in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded).
The specific INCOTERM agreed (including the designated location) follows from our offer or our order confirmation. Individual agreements in this regard take precedence over our General Terms and Conditions (BGB §305b).
The significance of the agreed INCOTERMS for the place of delivery and performance is recognized in case law (e.g., for EXW/FOB/DDP in C-87/10, VIII ZR 108/12).
Shipping Costs
We will inform you of the specific shipping costs upon request or as part of our offer.
They depend in particular on:
• the weight and number of packages, and
• surcharges applied by shipping service providers to the base rates (e.g., security, mobility, and/or fuel surcharges),
which are charged separately by the shipping partners.
Sample Shipments
For sample shipments from 01.06.2022, the following applies:
• We cover the value of up to five samples.
• Each additional sample is charged at EUR 10.00 per sample.
• The shipping costs for samples are always borne by the buyer.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product or in the offer, the following applies:
• We dispatch the goods within two working days after receipt of payment or after conclusion of the contract (for agreed invoice payments).
• Delivery time is generally:
o 3–5 working days within Germany,
o 5–7 working days for international shipments,
each after contract conclusion or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of your payment.
There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will — unless otherwise agreed — ship all items in one combined shipment. The applicable delivery time is that of the item with the longest delivery time.
If the ordered goods are exceptionally not available from stock or if we require longer processing time for individual products, this will be indicated on the product page on our website or we will notify you separately of the expected delivery time.
Payment Terms
Available Payment Methods
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the offer or during the ordering process, the following payment methods are available:
• Prepayment by bank transfer
• Payment by invoice (subject to a positive credit check)
Regulation for New Customers
For all new customers, the following applies:
• The first three orders must generally be paid in advance.
• From the fourth order onward, payment by invoice may be agreed — subject to a positive credit check.
Unless otherwise stated, our payment claims from the concluded contract are due immediately.
