Shipping Fees | Sample Shipments No Longer Free from 01.06.2022
As you have probably noticed both professionally and privately, shipping company prices have risen enormously. Due to sharply increasing raw material costs for diesel, gasoline, and other energy sources, as well as personnel shortages caused by the pandemic and more recently the Ukraine war, freight companies now routinely charge additional fees such as safety, mobility, and/or diesel surcharges on top of their base prices.
We are 100% transparent:
To operate economically, we pass these additional costs for freight deliveries directly on to you without markup. We do not charge any additional shipping surcharges and do not profit from the shipping of our goods.
Of course, we conduct a cost comparison for you to choose the most favorable option between freight and parcel services, as well as between different freight offers.
We also have to adjust our delivery terms for sample shipments. Until now, we have absorbed the significantly increased costs for sample shipping ourselves. Unfortunately, this forces us to charge you for shipping costs from 01.06.2022.
Of course, we only pass on the prices from our shipping partners without adding any fees or surcharges.

Changed Maximum Quantities per Package
Despite extensive precautions, there have repeatedly been transport damages to our goods when shipping via parcel services—especially with heavier packages.
To prevent transport damage, we ship our goods according to the following scheme.
This may lead to an increase in the number of packages and consequently higher shipping costs.
