Our Organic Hemp seed flour can be used in many ways. It gives bread and cakes, smoothies or fruit bars a natural taste and enriches the dishes with a protein content of about 30%. As a vegan and gluten-free alternative to conventional wheat flour, it is increasingly used in the food industry.
To offer you Organic Hemp seed flour, we use the gentle cold pressing of the organic hemp seeds. As a result, we obtain a high-quality organic hemp oil and, after fine grinding of the remaining press cake, the Organic Hemp seed flour.
The hemp plant and hemp oil became known mainly because of the intoxicating tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Meanwhile, there are a number of hemp cultivars that are THC-free. Thus, the use of our organic hemp flour is safe. Originally from Central Asia, the hardy hemp plant with its easily recognizable leaves is now cultivated almost worldwide. It can grow up to 7 meters high.
