Organic Hemp Flour and its use in the food industry
Our organic hemp seed flour can be used in baked goods, cakes, smoothies, or fruit bars. Hemp flour has a distinctive taste and provides a significant amount of protein.
The flour can be a vegan and gluten-free alternative to conventional wheat flour and is increasingly used in the food industry.
To obtain organic hemp flour, we cold-press organic hemp seeds. As a result, we obtain organic hemp oil, and after finely grinding the remaining cake, we obtain organic hemp flour.
Interesting facts
The hemp plant and hemp oil have become known mainly because of the psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Meanwhile, there are wide varieties of hemp without THC or with very small amounts.
Native to Central Asia, the hemp plant, with its easily recognizable leaves, is cultivated almost worldwide and can grow up to 7 meters tall.
