Our organic Brazil nut flour, made from organic Brazil nuts, enriches the cereal flours used in the food industry with a unique nutty flavor. This makes bread, baked goods, pasta, shakes, and muesli truly delicious.
Gluten-free and naturally vegan, our organic Brazil nut flour outperforms cereal flours: it has a lower carbohydrate content and contains valuable essential fatty acids thanks to the residual organic Brazil nut oil content.
Our organic Brazil nut flour is made from defatted Brazil nuts obtained during oil production. The resulting cake is then finely ground to obtain organic Brazil nut flour.
