Organic Wheat Germ Oil CO2 Extraction
Our organic wheat germ oil ranges in color from light orange to dark orange or brown and has a distinctive, intense flavor.
The oil is extracted from wheat germ using CO₂. Carbon dioxide extraction is performed at a maximum temperature of 50°C. This ensures significantly less heat stress compared to mechanical pressing.
Organic wheat germ oil is suitable for a variety of uses in the food industry: salads and all kinds of vegetable and pasta dishes.
