Refined organic hemp oil (non-EU) and its use in the food industry

Refined organic hemp oil is a gourmet oil that is gaining popularity in the food industry. Thanks to the refining process, it has a neutral taste and can be used in various applications.

Our refined organic hemp oil is used in dishes such as salads or sauces, but also in muesli or fruit yogurts.

What ingredients does organic hemp oil contain? Refined organic hemp oil contains natural polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega-6 fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid, and alpha-linolenic acid.

To produce organic hemp oil, hemp seeds are cold-pressed to obtain crude oil. The oil is then refined. Our organic hemp oil (non-EU origin) is produced from organic hemp seeds with a low THC content.

Interesting facts

The hemp plant and hemp oil are often associated with the psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). However, there are varieties of hemp with very low THC content.

Native to Central Asia, the hemp plant, with its easily recognizable leaves, is cultivated worldwide and can grow up to 7 meters tall.
