Cold-pressed organic Brazil nut oil is a high-quality oil for the food industry. The oil's aromatic, nutty taste adds flavor to salads, sauces, pralines, bread, and other baked goods.
The valuable ingredients in organic Brazil nut oil also contribute to the rich nutritional content of culinary preparations. Organic Brazil nut oil is rich in essential fatty acids, especially Omega-6 and Omega-9, and selenium.
Interesting facts
The Brazil nut tree, which can grow up to 50 meters tall, has a large trunk and a broad crown. The fruit of the Brazil nut tree has a triangular cross-section and contains Brazil nuts, which are often eaten as a snack.
From these nuts, also called Brazil nuts, organic Brazil nut oil is extracted by cold pressing, and then organic Brazil nut flour is obtained. The gentle pressing process preserves the valuable components of the Brazil nut in our oil.
