Organic sesame oil and its use in the food industry
Our organic sesame oil ranges in color from light yellow to yellow and has a delicate aroma with a slight nutty note.
Organic sesame oil is a versatile ingredient for the food industry, adding a distinctive flavor to many dishes. Cold-pressed sesame oil is frequently used in Asian cuisine in salad dressings, fish and meat dishes, as well as in baked goods.
The oil can be used for cooking and light frying, but it can also be used as an ingredient in margarine production. Organic sesame oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and contains naturally occurring minerals and trace elements that contribute to a balanced diet.
Our sesame oil is gently cold-pressed from sesame seeds to preserve as many of the oil’s natural components as possible. We also offer cold-pressed organic sesame oil for the cosmetics industry, preserving the seeds’ natural properties for skin and hair care.
