Organic Raspberry seed flour and its use in the food industry

 

Our organic raspberry seed flour has a reddish color and a delicate fruity flavor.

 

Organic raspberry seed flour pairs perfectly with fruity and sweet dishes, making it ideal for salads, muesli, cakes, cookies, desserts, fruit bars, and smoothies, adding flavor and texture.

 

Due to its residual oil content, the flour naturally contains unsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic acid.

 

To produce our organic raspberry seed flour, organic raspberry seeds are cold-pressed to produce organic raspberry seed oil. The cake remaining after pressing is then finely ground to produce the organic flour.

 

Interesting things

 

Raspberries grow on shrubs with delicate white flowers and produce their characteristic fruit from summer through fall.

 

Most raspberries turn red when ripe, although there are also yellow varieties. Depending on the variety, harvesting can take place between June and October.
