There are almost no limits to the combination possibilities with organic macadamia oil. However, due to its relatively low smoke point of 150 degrees, organic macadamia oil is not suitable for frying.

What ingredients does organic macadamia oil contain?

The high palmitoleic acid content, an essential omega-7 fatty acid, is a special feature of macadamia oil. This monounsaturated fatty acid is otherwise found in this quantity only in animal fats.

Our organic macadamia oil is obtained from the ripe seeds of Macadamia integrifolia/tetraphylla by cold pressing and subsequent filtration.

Macadamia integrifolia/tetraphylla is an evergreen, hard-leaved tree that can grow up to 12-15 meters tall and live over 50 years. It bears fruit for the first time after 5 years and reaches maximum yield after 10 years.
