The composition of wonderful ingredients (such as linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid, trans-retinoic acid, beta-carotene, vitamin A, and tocopherols) is said to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and regenerative effects. Due to the high content of linoleic acid, the organic rosehip seed oil is well tolerated, easy to spread and quickly absorbed without leaving an unpleasant film on the skin. The medium-spreading oil is a component of care products for face, eyes, hair, hands, and nails. It can also be used as body or massage oil and even in psoriasis ointments. Stressed, dull and dry-cracked or dry-scaly skin is said to regain a well-groomed and radiant appearance.
The rosehip seed oil gives a velvety skin feel and regenerates the skin, promotes collagen production within the connective tissue and helps to retain moisture in the skin. Thus, the rosehip seed oil supports the natural moisture balance of the skin.
