Jojoba oil, also called jojoba seed oil, is chemically more a liquid wax than a vegetable oil. To obtain jojoba wax (jojoba oil), the ripe seeds are ground and then cold pressed. In the cosmetics industry, it is used as an ingredient in cosmetic products for skin and hair cleansing and care, as well as in decorative cosmetics.
