Use of organic almond oil in the cosmetics industry

When it comes to cosmetic use, sweet organic almond oil is one of the preferred choices for skin and hair care products. Thanks to its beneficial effects on the skin, almond oil is suitable for formulas designed for dry and sensitive skin, as well as for hair care, massage oils, bath oils, lip care products, ointments, creams, and baby care products.
The process of harvesting almonds for oil production takes place in the fall. The process involves removing the shells, drying the kernels, and cold-pressing them. We also offer refined sweet almond oil for cosmetic use.
Interesting things
The almond tree belongs to the Rosaceae family and is believed to originate from West Asia and the Middle East. Today, almonds are grown worldwide, with the United States (California) ranking first in almond production, followed by Spain and Australia. Due to their high oil content, almonds and almond oil are used in numerous food and cosmetic products.
