Organic Vetiver Oil
Obtained by steam distillation of dried vetiver roots, Organic Vetiver Oil is valued in pharmaceuticals and the cosmetics industry.
In natural medicine, it is used as a massage oil, in oil baths, or in compresses for wounds, acne, and dermatitis. Organic Vetiver Oil is said to regenerate skin and relieve itching and other skin irritations.
Mature skin is also believed to benefit from these properties. Creams, oils, and massage products for anti-aging care are enriched with Organic Vetiver Oil. It is also used in firming lotions for anti-cellulite treatments to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Due to its heavy fragrance, Organic Vetiver Oil serves as a fixative in perfumes.
