Our organic Brazil nut flour from 100 percent organic Brazil nuts refines conventional cereal flours in the food industry. This way, products from the food industry gain a unique nutty flavor. Average breads, baked goods, pasta, shakes, or muesli become real delicacies. Naturally gluten-free and vegan, our organic Brazil nut flour surpasses cereal flour: it is lower in carbohydrates and contains the valuable essential fatty acids of Brazil nut oil due to the residual oil content.
Our organic Brazil nut flour is made from defatted Brazil nuts obtained during the production of organic Brazil nut oil. The resulting press cake is finely ground to make the organic Brazil nut flour.
