Naturally gluten-free and vegan, our organic Brazil nut flour surpasses cereal flour: it is lower in carbohydrates and contains the valuable essential fatty acids of Brazil nut oil due to the residual oil content.

Our organic Brazil nut flour is made from defatted Brazil nuts obtained during the production of organic Brazil nut oil. The resulting press cake is finely ground to make the organic Brazil nut flour.
