The use of organic macadamia oil in the cosmetics industry

Our organic macadamia oil is light yellow to beige in color and has a distinctive nutty aroma.

A distinctive feature of macadamia oil is its natural palmitoleic acid content, a monounsaturated fatty acid that is relatively rare among vegetable oils. Organic macadamia oil is used as a cosmetic ingredient in skin and hair care formulas. The cold-pressed oil is often incorporated into creams, body oils, skincare products, sunscreens, and hair care products.

Our organic macadamia oil is obtained by cold-pressing the ripe seeds of Macadamia integrifolia and/or Macadamia tetraphylla, followed by filtration. We also offer organic macadamia oil for the food industry.
