Walnut oil, deodorized
Our deodorised walnut oil is light yellow in colour and has a neutral odour.
Extracted from carefully selected walnut kernels (Juglans regia), deodorised walnut oil is a versatile vegetable oil, rich in linoleic acid, suitable for creams, lotions, shampoos, massage oils and other cosmetic applications.
The oil is obtained by pressing crushed walnut kernels, followed by filtration and deodorisation. We also supply food-grade organic walnut oil, as well as cold-pressed cosmetic walnut oil and refined organic walnut oil for cosmetic use.
Interesting facts
The walnut tree, with its broad crown, can reach a height of approximately 10–25 m. Young walnut trees have smooth, grayish-ash-colored bark that, as the tree ages, becomes deeply fissured and dark.
Organic walnut oil is obtained by cold-pressing the kernels and filtering. The walnuts are shelled, crushed, and the oil is extracted from them.
