Organic Walnut oil and its use in the food industry
Our walnut oil is made from carefully selected organic walnuts. The oil is obtained through gentle mechanical cold pressing, followed by filtration.
Thanks to its light yellow color and distinctive flavor, walnut oil is ideal for use in salads, cold dishes, gourmet products, and refined culinary recipes. Organic walnut oil for the food industry can also be used in sauces, spreads, and desserts.
The product is produced in accordance with EU organic standards and applicable food regulations. Its sensory profile and characteristics make it a versatile ingredient for the food industry, as well as for the culinary sector and food manufacturers.
Interesting facts
The walnut tree, with its broad crown, can reach a height of approximately 10–25 m. Young walnut trees have smooth, grayish-ash-colored bark that, as the tree ages, becomes deeply fissured and dark.
Organic walnut oil is obtained by cold-pressing the kernels and filtering. The walnuts are shelled, crushed, and the oil is extracted from them.
