Organic Wheat germ protein and its use in the food industry

 

Our organic wheat germ protein is a finely ground powder, ranging in color from beige to light brown, with a distinctive flavor. The wheat germ is partially defatted either through CO₂ extraction or mechanical cold pressing, depending on processing requirements. The resulting flakes or meal are finely ground to produce a protein-rich powder suitable for a variety of applications in the food industry.


This versatile ingredient can be incorporated into cakes, muesli, smoothies, overnight oats, yogurt, baked goods, or fruit bars. It naturally contains gluten.
