Organic Black cumin seed flour and its use in the food industry
Organic black cumin seed flour is rich in protein and vitamins. The flour is obtained from organic black cumin seeds by cold pressing.
In the food industry, organic black cumin seed flour is often used for flatbread, but also to season other types of bread due to its peppery taste.
Black cumin flour also adds a slightly pungent flavor to glazes or spice mixes for meat. Be careful with the amount you use: too much organic black cumin seed flour in recipes can quickly give them a bitter taste.
Due to the organic black cumin oil content left over from pressing Nigella Sativa seeds, organic black cumin flour contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, as well as important vitamins, providing a high content of vegetable protein and fiber.
