Walnut oil and its use in the food industry
Our walnut oil is made from carefully selected walnuts through gentle mechanical cold pressing, followed by filtration.
Thanks to its light yellow color and distinctive aroma, walnut oil is ideal for salads, cold dishes, gourmet products, and refined culinary recipes. Walnut oil intended for the food industry can also be used in sauces, spreads, and desserts.
Walnut oil is also available in an organic variety.
Interesting information
The walnut tree, with its broad crown, can reach a height of approximately 10–25 m. Young walnut trees have smooth, grayish-ash-colored bark that, as the tree ages, becomes deeply fissured and dark.
Organic walnut oil is obtained by cold-pressing the kernels and filtering. The walnuts are shelled and crushed, and their oil is extracted.
