The use of Organic hemp oil in the cosmetics industry

Organic hemp oil is said to have a number of positive effects on skin and hair: the high content of linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid is said to promote the natural skin barrier, inhibit inflammation and act antioxidatively. Thus, stressed, dry skin (including in neurodermatitis treatment and in anti-aging products) is cared for in creams and lotions. It is also said to restore dry, dull hair to shine in shampoos and treatments.

Interesting facts

Hemp oil is used in many ways. It is increasingly used in (athlete) kitchens but also in the textile industry.

We gently cold-press the hemp seeds in our screw presses to obtain SanaBio organic hemp oil. Our organic hemp oil is THC-free and therefore safe to use.
